Using this website

The information on this website is general guidance. It isn’t a substitute for an engineer assessing your specific problem. We work to keep it accurate but can’t guarantee it is complete or up to date. If water is near electricity, or you smell gas, put safety first: switch off the electricity, call the National Gas Emergency number on 0800 111 999 for gas, and call 999 if anyone is in danger.

Quotes

Quotes are free. Quotes given over the phone, by WhatsApp or through the website are based on what you tell us. We confirm the price with you before any work starts. If we find something on site that changes the job, we stop, explain, and only carry on with your agreement.

Your rights as a consumer

If you are a consumer, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires our services to be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Where you agree a contract with us away from business premises (for example at your home), you normally have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask us to start work within that period, such as in an emergency, you may have to pay for work already done.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing.
